My Teaching Philosophy

I believe that education is the bedrock of an individual’s maturity. When we embrace every student’s learning needs and interests, we invest in a better society for the next generation. Not only CAN all students learn, but all students WANT to learn.

My goal for my students is that they learn to take good care of their whole selves, both at an academic and personal level. Therefore, it is my personal goal as their teacher to incorporate both social emotional learning principles and physical movement into our everyday academic studies.
